Villa Limon

The apartment Villa Limon is located at the foot of the Sierra Almijara mountains and just 2 kilometers from Burriana beach, with a fantastic view of the center of Nerja and the Mediterranean Sea.

With its protected setting, Villa Limon’s terrace offers a very private and barely visible atmosphere. In summer, a large awning serves as sun protection, an outdoor shower can be used here additionally.
Every day, the sea and the sky offer an unforgettable spectacle and it is a pleasure to observe this relaxed from the sun loungers or while dining on the terrace, from the dining room and even from the living room.

Something special about the apartment is the dining room, a small light-flooded conservatory, which lies between the terrace and the living room. Two large glazed doors can be fully opened in summer, both to the terrace and to the living room, while in cooler seasons the glass fronts pleasantly warm the entire living area of the apartment.
Villa Limon is also excellent for rentals as an apartment in winter.
The living room with two comfortable sofas over corner is technically well equipped with SAT TV (German channels), Netflix, Prime Video, music system m. CD Player , WIFI and ceiling fan.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge with separate freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and much more.
Both bedrooms have a direct exit to the terrace with glazed doors, spacious fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans.
In the shower room there is a washing machine for the small laundry in between.

Only about 150 m from the apartment there is a supermarket, several bars and restaurants, as well as a fantastic pool complex with rocky island and small waterfalls. The pool of San Juan de Capistrano beautifully natural as a lake and surrounded by lawns with sun loungers and two pool bars. From here you also have magnificent views of the sea, Nerja and the mountains. For smaller children there is a private shallow pool with sunbathing lawn on a separate level.

Apartment La Perla

The apartment La Perla overlooks the well-kept parks of the San Juan de Capistrano complex. The south-facing terrace offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea and Nerja and has sun all day long.

The wide glass sliding doors connect the terrace to the apartment. A large awning provides the necessary shade in summer, while in winter the lower sun warms the living space through the glass doors. The apartment offers a very private atmosphere, as it is perched on the building like an independent cottage. The apartment of the only lateral neighbour has been structurally moved to the rear. Thus, the terrace is not visible.

The living room with a comfortable sofa is technically well equipped with SAT TV (German channels), music system with CD player. Internet connection via Wi-Fi and air conditioning also for heating. The sofa can be used as a sofa bed for a third person.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge with separate freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and much more.
The bedroom has 2 windows, a wide bed with single mattresses, a spacious built-in wardrobe and air conditioning.
In the shower room there is a washing machine for the small laundry in between.
