The apartment La Perla overlooks the well-kept parks of the San Juan de Capistrano complex. The south-facing terrace offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea and Nerja and has sun all day long.
The wide glass sliding doors connect the terrace to the apartment. A large awning provides the necessary shade in summer, while in winter the lower sun warms the living space through the glass doors. The apartment offers a very private atmosphere, as it is perched on the building like an independent cottage. The apartment of the only lateral neighbour has been structurally moved to the rear. Thus, the terrace is not visible.
The living room with a comfortable sofa is technically well equipped with SAT TV (German channels), music system with CD player. Internet connection via Wi-Fi and air conditioning also for heating. The sofa can be used as a sofa bed for a third person.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge with separate freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and much more.
The bedroom has 2 windows, a wide bed with single mattresses, a spacious built-in wardrobe and air conditioning.
In the shower room there is a washing machine for the small laundry in between.
Only about 150 m from the apartment there is a supermarket, several bars and restaurants, as well as a fantastic pool area with rocky island and small waterfalls. The pool of San Juan de Capistrano is beautifully natural set up like a lake and surrounded by lawns with sun loungers and two pool bars. From here you also have magnificent views of the sea, Nerja and the mountains. For smaller children there is a private shallow pool with sunbathing lawn on a separate level.
